Miranda Lock
Miranda is a cofounder of Madrona Residential Real Estate. She gives an honest and straightforward approach with the highest level of market knowledge. She is a tremendously hard worker and an exceptional communicator. When you work with Miranda, you can always reach her and you know she has your best interest at heart.
She is originally from Vancouver, Washington, and came up to Bellingham to study at Western Washington University where she met her partner Keith. Together, they have cultivated an environment where honesty, education, and care are paramount for their clients.
Miranda was awarded Rookie of the Year honors in her first year in Real Estate and has been a top real estate agent in Whatcom County and Northwest Washington every year since.
She specializes in relocation, first-time home buyers, 1031-Exchange, luxury properties, and investors. Her utmost concern is the care for her clients and that they get the best deal possible. She loves to help people, no matter what their situation or challenges.

Keith Ferris
Keith Ferris is an extremely hard worker and a great listener. He graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Chemistry with special interest in Materials Science applications. He values honesty, is straightforward and is constantly seeking more knowledge. He truly values education not only for himself but his clients as well. He became a Certified Residential Inspector to be able to further benefit those he works with for more educational home tours and point out possible red flags.
He will never pressure you to buy or sell a home and really encourages you to take your time on such a life-changing decision. He is friendly, outgoing and loves being able to work with people towards getting them what they truly want. He and his partner, Miranda Lock founded Madrona Residential Real Estate together and would warmly welcome anyone who needs help with the buying or selling process.
